Job Overview

As an arenaflex Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, facilitating package delivery and returns, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work in a designated retail location, which may include a partner retailer, a freestanding location, or even the lobby of a warehouse. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers with quality service, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may have, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues they may have, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, as well as to communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Receive truck deliveries, verifying the accuracy of packages and ensuring that they are properly stored and secured

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You may also need to go up and down stairs, depending on the location. arenaflex provides a safe working environment, with protective gear and equipment to ensure your safety and well-being.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English. You should also be able to work part-time, with schedules varying week to week, and be available to work between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
