Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Sales Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless experience for our customers, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assisting customers in selecting UPS products and services that meet their needs, providing detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and delivery times.
  • Resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Upselling and cross-selling UPS products and services where appropriate, helping to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that customer data is secure and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets, working together to achieve our goals and objectives.

Qualifications
