About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers through inbound calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will problem-solve and assist customers with their orders, accounts, and other inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our Cornerstone Brands, which include Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer additional products and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales growth
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with arenaflex
  • Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analyze account data and provide insights to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their purchases
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and leadership, to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
  • A self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
  • A webcam and the ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Residency in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky (see below for details)

Approved Counties:

To be eligible for this role, you must reside in one of the following counties:

  • Indiana: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County
  • Kentucky: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County
  • Ohio: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or call center environment
  • Knowledge of video commerce and ecommerce platforms, as well as digital streaming and social media
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting rate of $15.00/hour
  • A $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
  • A $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday
