Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to provide real-time support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Empathize with customers, prioritize their needs, and uphold arenaflex's values by respecting every customer and providing personalized support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, setting clear expectations and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Approach problems logically, using good judgment to ensure appropriate customer outcomes and make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
  • Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to ensure adequate support during peak periods.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as experience with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
