Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You'll serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to provide seamless communication throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish

  • Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams
  • Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits
  • Manage contracts and assist with release schedules in collaboration with the sales team
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, helpful responses
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers
  • Support warehouse operations when needed

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a product-based or call center setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Solid arithmetic skills (basic math with decimals)
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of inventory management and control
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
