Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Providing educational content about product features, services, and company policies, promoting a deeper understanding of our offerings.

Requirements
