The Role

As a Finance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. You'll engage with clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing expert guidance on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You'll also take ownership of complex issues, working collaboratively with our team to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. To support your professional growth, you'll have access to our comprehensive training program, the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA), which provides paid training, study time, and support to help you obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional client service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate clients on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures
  • Take ownership of complex issues, working collaboratively with our team to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work full-time on-site during our training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule

  • Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional client experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry

  • Previous client relationship experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
  • Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
  • Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Shown success navigating multiple computer applications

Benefits and Perks

* Competitive pay and bonus package, with starting compensation for this location beginning at $54,100 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings

  • Potential to increase total compensation to $61,700 ($56,100 base, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within the first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases
