Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
  • Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all communications with customers

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly find information to answer customer inquiries
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver a positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
