Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner

  • Identify the type of assistance needed and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on the status of their inquiries
  • Actively engage customers in online chat contexts and provide support via email
  • Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendation, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat)
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

* Active listening skills and a results-oriented approach to customer service

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with digital mailbox services and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working with a team to achieve common goals and objectives
