Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
