Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assisting customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns.
  • Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist with future inquiries.
