As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you will become a key contributor in making that happen.

Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications:

We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • 6 months sales experience minimum
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
  • Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements:

* Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN + Proof of internet speed required

  • Clean and quiet workspace
