As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices to empower them to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Engage with clients via inbound calls, taking ownership of their issues and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Attend the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA), a comprehensive training program that provides paid training, study time, and support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration.
  • Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
  • A growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Previous client relationship experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, with a keen interest in learning about finance and the securities industry.
  • Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems.
