Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed, providing flexible and adaptable support to ensure team success.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
