Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their packages are delivered on time and as promised
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive outcome
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems with a customer-centric mindset to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule to meet the demands of our last-mile logistics operations

Essential Qualifications

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
