The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, email, and live chat software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-tier support, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, exceeding customer expectations and building trust.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet their needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction ratings through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of live chat software and platforms
  • Experience working with social media and online chat platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
