Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data into our system based on provided documentation, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality
• Identifying and categorizing various document types, including sensitive and confidential information
• Reviewing and verifying data entries to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of personal health information (PHI)
• Collaborating professionally with colleagues as necessary to achieve team goals and objectives
• Proposing ideas for process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity
• Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's success

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

• Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation with the capacity to maintain focus and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Quick learning skills, with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations

• Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication skills
• Typing skills: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

Compensation and Benefits

• An hourly wage of $12, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases
• Availability of part-time and full-time positions, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
