Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, provide courteous and friendly service, and recommend items for sale.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Keep counters and shelves clean, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Assisting with Store Operations: Construct and maintain displays, complete resets and revisions, and assist with separation of food items.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Offer digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and complete special assignments as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and build relationships with team members.

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Customer Service Experience: Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with store systems and equipment, and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
