Key Responsibilities

As a live chat representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including technical training, policy training, and soft skills training

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Availability to work weekends, if needed
