Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to medication coverage, and providing personalized support to ensure our members have the information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to plan members, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to members
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high levels of member satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with members
  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry setting
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory requirements

* Excellent customer service skills, including phone behavior and communication

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
