Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts, including credit repair and credit counseling services

  • Uploading and faxing documents as required
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and expertise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a credit repair or credit counseling environment
