Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions about their energy needs.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, demonstrating a customer-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their energy solutions.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to manage their energy needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, ensuring that our customer service metrics and goals are met and exceeded.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving business results.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends (if required).
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
