Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for meeting remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive our supplemental benefits. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with existing and new clients to establish and maintain relationships, perform benefit reviews, and provide attentive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that their benefits are tailored to their unique circumstances
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate their benefits
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that their benefits are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving any questions or concerns they may have
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and compliance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other technology platforms
