Job Description:
As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
- Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
- Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals
What You'll Need:
* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sales software and technology
- Strong internet connection and a phone or laptop to access our software and chat platform
