Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver personalized solutions, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from plan members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and concise information about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to senior representatives or supervisors as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
