Job Overview

We are hiring virtual assistants for various departments within our firm, including Client Support Specialist, Reductions Specialist, Demands Preparation Specialist, Medical Management Coordinator, Intake Case Manager, and Senior Case Manager. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work independently from home, with a contract as an independent contractor, and will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with two days off and potentially one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate person
  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Log phone calls and documents into our online document management system
  • Assist office staff with clerical duties, including faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients and answer questions
  • Obtain insurance coverage information in a timely manner
  • Follow up with medical treatments and ensure proper care
  • Obtain medical provider records and bills
  • Communicate with insurance companies on treatment status and update adjuster information on the system

Qualifications and Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Punctuality and commitment to working overtime on occasion
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker with the ability to work independently
  • Computer literacy, with a minimum of a Core I5 processor, 12 GB of RAM, and Windows 10 installed
  • USB noise-cancelling headsets and a webcam for daily meetings and huddles
  • Internet speed of at least 35Mbps download and 15Mbps upload

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary computer equipment
  • Strong customer service and sales background
  • Ability to adapt easily to changes and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a virtual assistant at arenaflex, you will receive a competitive monthly payment of $1000, plus $50 to cover transfer fees. Payments are processed once per month and deposited on the last business day of each month. You will also have the option to choose how you receive your payment, including direct deposit, PayPal, Payoneer, or Wise.
