The Role

As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and working closely with our team to resolve issues and provide solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer feedback and concerns
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary
  • Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them regularly
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual skills a plus (arenaflex values diversity and is committed to providing services to customers in multiple languages)
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations and provide excellent customer service under pressure
