Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. You will research and verify external data sources, design and implement data solutions, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to our account directors. You will also participate in special projects and analysis requests, and develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify external data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Design and implement data solutions to meet business needs
• Support account directors in meeting their requests and needs
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and analysis requests
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business decisions
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business growth and success

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, analytics, data science)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, analytics, data science)

• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
