Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and self-driven individuals to join our elite team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support via phone and online chat.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Update customer information, resolve billing issues, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Interpret and Follow Procedures: Adhere to defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Adapt to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Extensive Self-Study and Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs, developing expertise in our products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills
  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
