Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience with data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data science tools and technologies, including Python, R, and machine learning algorithms

• Experience with business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
• Experience with data visualization tools, including D3.js and Matplotlib
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data governance and data quality best practices
