Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, as well as updating client and company level information. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of systems and databases, and to contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee information
- Update client and company level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client taxes by inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of data entry tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and company information
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with various systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
