Experienced Data Entry Associate - Remote Opportunity for Healthcare Data Enrichment

What You'll Do:

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients
• Performing credentialing-related tasks, such as application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
• Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
• Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role: If you have experience in data entry or customer service, you'll be well-suited to this role.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off: We're looking for someone who can commit to a regular schedule and take breaks when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy: You'll need to be meticulous in your work and ensure that all data is accurate and complete.
• Excellent command of the English language: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and team members.
• Great written and verbal communication skills: You'll need to be able to write clear and concise reports and communicate effectively with our clients and team members.
• Ability to support a work-from-home setup: You'll need to have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload: You'll need to have a fast and reliable internet connection to perform your duties.
