Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Scheduling and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized and helpful interactions
  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person
  • Fostering trust and confidence with our clients through active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately
  • Taking proactive action to resolve customer needs

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
