Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits
  • Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
  • Providing information about current plans and products
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customer needs
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
