Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, working closely with the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting MHE merchants regarding information management
- Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
- Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
- Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
- Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
- Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design
- Carrying out all future upgrades of software
- Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS
- Regulating nonexempt staff
- Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
- Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
- Managing and screening end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Required Capabilities
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
- Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job is actually a remote work-from-home opportunity)
Preferred Capabilities
* Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen
