Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer concerns and inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Completing various data entry tasks with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Handling sales activities based on your skills and background, including upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Inputting data into company databases, including transferring data from spreadsheets, documents, and other sources into digital formats

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including email, web-based tools, and data entry software
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
  • Good mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the company

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute or faster
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
