Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Applying advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigating client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predicting content engagement to inform content acquisition decisions
- Developing and implementing content launch and episode release strategies
- Testing marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
- Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicating significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Nice to Have:
* A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
