Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- Live within the state of Texas.
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
- Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
