Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving service or billing complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to provide information and address inquiries regarding products and services
  • Resolving service or billing complaints through efficient processes such as exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments
  • Communicating with customers to provide updates on inquiries and claim investigations
  • Documenting customer interactions and actions taken to ensure accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment
  • Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Outlook and data entry software
  • Aptitude for accurately documenting customer information
  • Proficient in navigating computer software and dual screens
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Preferred Skills: A pharmacy background is a plus. Bilingual candidates fluent in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are especially encouraged to apply

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.83

Important Work-From-Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, we require the following:

  • A wired LAN connection from the modem/router to your desktop or laptop is mandatory; wireless connectivity is not permitted
  • The client will provide a 2-meter LAN cable, but candidates must provide longer lengths if necessary
  • Candidates are required to have a table and office chair
  • Video usage during training, team meetings, and client-required sessions is expected
