What You'll Be Doing
As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical requests or issues via chat, emails, social media, direct messaging, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
