Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while maintaining solid customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision
  • Handling incoming and outbound calls at a professional level
  • Working the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification
  • Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
  • Accurately verifying, keying, and/or memoing insurance information
  • Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
  • Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
  • Distributing and exchanging information with others
  • Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
  • Mentoring fellow coworkers as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Data entry and keyboard knowledge required
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions, and memos
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
