Job Overview

This is a 12-month contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our office in New York and remote work. As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your duties will be divided evenly between these two teams, and you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recording vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and processing vendor payments in PEGA
  • Processing Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card)
  • Reviewing employee expense reimbursement requests and checking receipts in AssignmentPro
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team, including various AssignmentPro data entry tasks and I9 E-verification processes
  • Entering data for new hires, terms, data changes, and documentation in Success Factors
  • Auditing discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in Success Factors
  • Preparing user guides and documentation for data entry activities
  • Collaborating with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing and project implementation phases for Position Management, performance cycles, recruitment modules, and other HR systems
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Japanese and English bilingual skills
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, including PEGA and Concur, as well as Success Factors Employee Central
  • Exposure to and understanding of HR operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • Experience working in global companies
  • At least 1 year of experience with Success Factors
  • At least 1 year of experience with PEGA and Concur
