About the Role

The Customer Experience Concierge role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a member of our Centurion Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. You will be the ambassador of the arenaflex brand, and your passion for delivering extraordinary service will be the key to making our customers feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience from the start
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and exceptional
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, turning potential problems into opportunities to delight and surprise
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, always putting their needs at the forefront of every interaction
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, using your knowledge and expertise to help customers make the most of their experience with us
  • Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping customers to plan and book their travel arrangements with ease
  • Accommodating the needs of our customers, by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications that demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer service. These include:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, always looking for ways to surprise and delight
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations that meet their expectations
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and support your colleagues
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, always putting the customer's experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, with a strong understanding of how to use technology to enhance the customer experience
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and to bounce back from challenges and setbacks

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field being preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks, with the ability to stand for long periods and to move quickly and easily around the lounge
