The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing prompt and considerate service to our customers. You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all requests are accurate and completed on time
• Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Working autonomously and as part of a team, utilizing computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
• Familiarity with animal health products or services
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
