Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized and helpful interactions
• Building trust and confidence with clients by being proactive and responsive to their needs
• Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
• Taking initiative to resolve customer needs and improve skills through practice

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Sales or customer service experience in the industries mentioned above
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
