Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
