About the Data Entry Role

As a member of our team, the primary responsibility of this role is processing all incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients. You'll be responsible for digitizing the claims using the designated format provided by the company while ensuring the accurate input of all claim details. Consistently meeting the company's established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets is crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients

  • Digitize claims using the designated format provided by the company
  • Ensure accurate input of all claim details
  • Meet established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare-related field

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
  • Certification in medical coding or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour

  • Eligibility for health benefits on day one

Pay Transparency Laws:

* Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
