The Role

As a TikTok Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages from potential customers on our business's TikTok account. You'll use pre-prepared responses to common queries, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate support. This is an entry-level role, and we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
