You'll be the first point of contact for many of our drivers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to activation. Responsibilities As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software Experience While experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong desire to help others and a willingness to learn and grow. If you have an Associate's degree or above, that's a plus, but not a requirement. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfort with smartphone applications and web-based applications Work Environment and Culture As a remote-friendly company, we offer the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on your skills, education, and experience.
