Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications
